Professional Experience
Mrs. Riess is the Project Coordinator for the entitlement and economic development practice of the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, she worked for a manufacturer as a Production Manager and was responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects. Mrs.Riess joined Golden Stuart Wolff, LLP in 2011.
Details of Practice
Mrs. Riess assists attorneys and professionals in the representation of companies and developers throughout the process for economic development incentives, land development and zoning approvals. She assists with the coordination of meetings, conducts research, compiles data for projects and reports, as well as aids in the preparation of presentation materials for City Council meetings, public hearings and neighborhood association meetings.
